If you book online, we are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal. If you come to our visitor’s centers, or wish to purchase your tickets from our uniformed street agents, you will be able to use cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.

No, your bus pass gives you access only to our double decker tours. However, you can add an attraction package to any of our bus passes and save up to $200! To choose an attraction package go to our Attractions page.

Tours Schedule & Information

Hop-on, Hop-off means you can hop off the bus at any one of its stops (all stops locations are listed on our route pages for more information: Downtown, Uptown, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Night Tours.), explore as much as you like, then hop back on the next bus at one of the stops shown on our map. You have unlimited hop on/ hop offs during the hours specified on your Pass. Buses run approximately every 20-30 minutes for our Downtown Tour and 30-45 minutes on our Uptown Tours.

Yes they do. Our double decker buses run 365 days per year, rain or shine. We offer complimentary ponchos on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the option to travel on the lower level of the bus, which is completely covered. During the winter season, we cover almost all of our double decker buses with a transparent cover, which will keep the wind away and still let you enjoy 360 degree views of New York City.

Our Visitor Center, located at E 42 ST, New York, NY 10017, is open from 8am- 7pm, 7 days per week. Our Buses operate 7 days per week on a seasonal schedule, which is tour-specific and can be found on our route pages for more information: Downtown, Uptown, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Night Tours. Our Visitor Center, located at 892 9th AVE, New York, NY 10019 (off of 58 ST), is open 7 days a week, 8am-4pm (this location’s hours of operation are also seasonal).

Children under 3 years of age, accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, travel complimentary on our TopView Sightseeing buses. Child rates apply to children 4 -12 years old. No child is allowed to ride unaccompanied under the age of 14.

This answer may vary depending on the season(please visit our route pages for more information: Downtown, Uptown, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Night Tours. for current schedules), but our first tour starts at 8am (the Downtown Tour) and our last hop-on, hop-off tour ends at 5pm(Spring). Our last tour ends as late as 10pm (this is our Night Tour which is a non-stop tour).

Our Downtown Liberty Cruise starts at Pier 36, located at 299 South Street. Walk from Battery Park:
n – Walk across City Hall Park to Park Row Street.
n – Cross to the East side of Park Row Street toward Frankfurt Street.
n – Turn left onto Park Row Street and make an immediate right onto Frankfurt Street.
n – At Pearl Street, make a right and then continue left onto Dover Street.
n – Turn left onto East River Bike-way
n – Turn right at Clinton Street. Continue straight to Pier 36.n

Our buses are red and royal blue and include our TopView Sightseeing logo. Some of our buses might be wrapped with Partner Advertising. The front of the bus will always be red with our TopView logo.

After your complete your online purchase you will be redirected to a confirmation page with your voucher number on it. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please print this confirmation page, or just call our local number when you arrive in NYC, and we will find your reservation based on the last four digits of your credit card. After that you can redeem your tickets at any of our Visitor Center locations or from a uniformed ticket agent.

Although we strongly encourage you to buy your tickets in advance online on our website you can also purchase tickets at any of our convenient Visitor Center locations:

Or from any of our uniformed ticket agents. We have over 250 street ticket agents roaming the streets of New York City. We recommend the following locations as most likely to find our agents:

  • Macy’s (34th street and Broadway)
  • Times Square South (42nd and Broadway)
  • Times Square North (7th Ave and 49th)
  • Central Park, Central Park South between 6th Ave and 7th Ave

 

If you purchased a Voucher at your Hotel, you will need to complete your purchase and ticket pick-up at one of our above locations or with a Ticket Agent.
