A bus tour takes 2 - 2.5 hours on average, but each tour has a different duration due to different routes. To find more information, please see our Tickets & Packages page.
Hours of operation means the schedule of our daily running buses. Ticket validity is the time period in which you can use your ticket. Ticket validity ranges from same day, 24 hours, up to 5 days.

Our Hop-on Hop-off bus tours conveniently stop at the locations near the famous NYC attractions, such as Empire State Building, Times Square, Grand Central Station, etc. Please go to our Maps & Routes page for the full list of our bus stops:
For the current schedule, our first tour (the Downtown Tour) starts at 8am and our last Hop-on Hop-off tour ends at 6pm (Summer). Our last tour, Night tour which is a non-stop tour, ends at 10pm. Our double decker buses operate every day, rain or shine. No need to worry about the rain, because we offer complimentary ponchos as well as seating on the lower level of the buses. In winter, we cover our buses with a transparent cover, which keeps you away from the cold.

Your bus pass gives you access to our double decker bus tours. If you purchase our All City Pass NYC 2 Days/3 Days/5 Days, you can receive a Liberty Cruise, two extra hours of bike rentals, and the admission to Museum of the City of NY.
No, our Liberty Cruise doesn't stop on the Liberty Island, but we pass right in front of the island, which is definitely close enough to let you take good pictures.

Our TopView® Visitor Center is open from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week. Our double decker buses run 7 days a week on a tour-specific and seasonal schedule. It means you can hop off from our double decker bus at any designated stops, take pictures, buy souvenirs or even have a coffee, just do whatever you want, and and then hop on the next bus at the designated stops shown on our route map.

It is never too early to organize your trip, therefore we recommend you to book early. After you book your tickets, you have up to 6 months to redeem your tickets.
To get on our Liberty Cruise, we recommend making a reservation online with your authorization code before heading to the pier: With the reservation, your seat is guaranteed.
No, but your tickets can be used up to 6 months after the date of purchase.
For any double decker bus tour pass, the duration of the pass starts from the day you redeem your online voucher from our ticket agent supervisors on the street or at our Visitor Center.
No. The specified time range is not accumulative and cannot be split into several days.
You will get to a confirmation page with your voucher number when you complete your purchase. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, just print this confirmation page or call our customer service number, and we'll find your reservation record by the last 4 digits of your credit card. Then you can redeem your tickets as normal.

A Charter is a temporary lease of our vehicle and driver. When a group wants to have a customized trip with their own tour guide, a Charter is a good option, as it is a very economical way to travel as a group. The pricing depends on the routes, the group size, and the date and time requested. To get a quote for your charter, please submit a request using our Groups & Charter form for a free quote with no obligation. The form can be found at the footer of this website.
